This role focuses on the Engineering & Platform Resiliency Program, offering support to both technical teams and governance stakeholders. You'll assess incoming requests to ensure clarity and readiness, manage Jira processes, and facilitate communication across teams to ensure effective remediation planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage intake and triage activities for resilience requests
• Maintain consistent backlog hygiene in Jira
• Oversee stakeholder follow-up communications
• Prepare inputs for governance meetings accurately
• Conduct trend analysis on resiliency metrics
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in a technology coordination role
• Proficient in JIRA and experience with reporting tools
