Become an Experienced Mat Pilates Instructor at our exclusive fitness studio, focusing on providing engaging classes to our members. Availability for weekdays and weekends is essential.
This role aims to inspire attendees through effective teaching and exceptional customer care. You will be guiding group classes while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Your ability to connect with members builds loyalty and a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate group Pilates sessions with enthusiasm
• Monitor class techniques and provide modifications as needed
• Engage with members pre- and post-class for feedback
• Maintain an atmosphere of luxury and motivation
• Implement best practices in fitness instruction
Requirements:
• Nationally recognized fitness certification mandated
• At least 1 year of boutique fitness instruction preferred
• Required CPR/First Aid certification at hire
