Experienced Occupational Therapist Position

Osler seeks an Experienced Occupational Therapist to provide quality care within a client-focused approach. Utilize your expertise in assessments and interventions to support patient recovery.
This role reports to the Manager, Professional Practitioner and requires a solid understanding of adult physical medicine and occupational performance assessments. You will actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to quality initiatives while adhering to professional standards outlined by the COTO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-quality occupational therapy services to clients
• Conduct detailed assessments to assess functional status
• Plan, implement, and recommend interventions for discharge
• Educate both patients and interdisciplinary teams on therapy
