Job Description
Become an integral part of our maintenance team as an experienced Millwright. Focus on mechanical maintenance, fluidic systems, and troubleshooting to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Your role as a Millwright will involve promptly responding to equipment breakdowns while working independently and safely. You will also educate and coach teammates on equipment operations, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair a range of manufacturing equipment
• Share expertise and train colleagues effectively
• Monitor and document equipment performance
• Adhere to safety and quality compliance standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the facility
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433a) certification
• Minimum of 5 years’ industrial maintenance experience
