In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing plumbing installations, coordinating jobsite activities, and ensuring all projects meet safety and quality standards. You'll work directly with apprentices and journeypersons, providing guidance and support throughout various phases of the project. Your expertise will help maintain productivity while adhering to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate manpower and order necessary materials • Mentor apprentices and journeypeople in their development • Ensure compliance with industry regulations • Attend project meetings and communicate updates • Maintain accurate project documentation and timesheets
