Working well within a team, you will help set up and oversee breakfast buffets and other special events, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare a variety of meals from the menu
• Oversee overall kitchen operations for top quality
• Assist in menu planning and food cost estimation
• Maintain accurate inventory of supplies
• Supervise and schedule kitchen helpers
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant cooking experience
• Experience with Filipino dishes is beneficial
• Must hold a secondary school diploma
• Culinary training is an asset
