As a Concrete Team Lead, you will manage daily operations, support the Site Superintendent, and oversee the execution of concrete projects. Your responsibilities will include planning work, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all safety measures are adhered to by the crew members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead carpentry and labor crews effectively on-site
• Support planning and coordination of work activities
• Oversee formwork installation and removal processes
• Maintain project specifications and quality standards
• Conduct toolbox talks to enforce safety measures
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in concrete field leadership
• Effective communication and mentorship abilities
• Skilled in blueprint reading and project planning
