Job Description
Drive for Ekkinox as an Experienced Class 1 Driver, completing regional routes across Ontario, Quebec, and Moncton under a night schedule. Benefit from competitive hourly rates and group insurance.
Ekkinox is on the lookout for professional drivers with a Class 1 license and at least one year of experience for long-distance runs. This role involves starting in Pointe-Claire, managing deliveries per dispatch needs, and safely operating various types of loads, including flatbeds. An emphasis on customer service excellence is crucial in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform PM Highway runs to diverse locations
• Deliver freight as directed by dispatch
• Operate tractor-trailer and flatbed vehicles
• Facilitate forklift use during deliveries
• Execute safety inspections pre- and post-journey
Requirements:
• At least 1+ years of Class 1 driving experience
• CFTR diploma can substitute for experience
