Experienced Change Management Consultant - Bilingual
Job Description
We are in search of a Senior Change Management Consultant for our client, based on-site at NDHQ. Candidates must be bilingual and possess a strong change management skill set.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years as a Change Management Consultant, with specific experience leading digital transformation efforts. A Certified Change Management Professional designation is required, along with robust collaboration experience within large project environments. Familiarity with agile methodologies is vital for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-level change management initiatives
• Collaborate closely with project management teams and PMO
• Create and implement learning activities to support change
• Engage in large-scale project environments effectively
• Experience with iterative or hybrid delivery methods
Requirements:
• Bilingual in both English and French
• Active and valid Enhanced Reliability security clearance
