Reports to: Board of Directors Community Health Centres of Northumberland, through the Chair of the Board.

Job Summary

The Executive Director administers all aspects of the Community Health Centres of Northumberland, including: the appropriate allocation, management, and use of financial and human resources; protection of CHCN assets and collaborating with the Board Philanthropy Committee on developing fundraising policy and framework to facilitate fundraising activities; fostering a positive, safe and respectful environment for CHCN staff, volunteers, students, and clients; regular communication to the Board and staff; implementation and executing the current Strategic Plan objectives, including all KPI’s, and organizational compliance with all funders’ required accountability standards, applicable federal, provinc...
