Reporting directly to the President and CEO and serving as a member of the senior executive team, the Executive Director provides transformative leadership and strategic direction for the College’s People and Culture portfolio. The role places people at the center of the institution’s success, leading a modern, inclusive approach to culture-building. Through a strategic focus on engagement, well‑being, and organizational effectiveness, this position will drive efforts to strengthen workplace and campus culture, foster leadership development, and ensure Canadore remains an employer of choice through talent attraction and retention strategies.
