Job Summary

Executive Coordinator within the Executive Strategic Leadership | Dean's Office | Faculty of Medicine. This position coordinates and completes a variety of projects related to the efficient administration, organization, and operation of the Senior Advisor, Office of the Dean, and VP Health, and the Strategic Advisor, Government Relations. The incumbent works with the Senior Advisor and the Strategic Advisor to manage governance, administration, and external relations, including interactions with FoM Dean’s Executive, UBC Health senior leadership, internal and external constituents, health authorities, and government officials. This role also provides administrative support for the Strategic Initiatives team.

Responsibilities
