Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate Owenr's professional and personal calendar, appointments, and travel.
Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in the coordination of special events, high‐level meetings, and hospitality logistics.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Support in project management and task follow‐up across different business verticals (hospitality, events, real estate, etc.).
Coordinate household and lifestyle needs (including errands, vendors, reservations, etc.).
Ensure seamless communication and operational support across time zones and teams.
Occasionally travel with or on behalf of the founder when needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 3‐5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast‐paced, entrepreneurial or hospitality environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
