Help shape BC's future by becoming an Evolve Fleet Support Specialist at BCAA. This dynamic role involves maintaining the safety and cleanliness of e-bikes and e-scooters across Southern Vancouver Island.
As a contractor, you'll work a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Responsibilities encompass relocating vehicles, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring exceptional service for Members. Your proactive support will contribute to an efficient shared mobility experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Relocate and inspect fleet vehicles regularly
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure functionality
• Swap batteries and handle inventory management
• Engage with Members during field operations
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Requirements:
• At least 1 year in customer service or mechanical tasks
• Completion of Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
