Events Coordinator (Contract)

Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia is currently searching for an  Events Coordinator  to join our team in Burnaby on a contract until the end of June 2027.  The Events Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of events including the Annual Conference, EDI Events, Induction Ceremonies and other organization-sponsored events.

This role will also support other departments in the organization with planning and executing events.

The role coordinates subject matter experts, consultants, external vendors, registrants and volunteers to organize events and ensure a high-quality participant experience.
