Evening Production Supervisor

Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Supervisor organizes and oversees all production activities related to the department to which they are assigned.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production
• Ensure that company policies, procedures, and regulations are followed
• Enforce and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Enforce and ensure compliance with the HACCP and SQF programs
• Ensure the efficient use of labor and equipment
• Monitor performance indicators
• Take action to achieve operational efficiency objectives
• Participate in continuous improvement committees
• Monitor raw material inventories for production across various departments
• Manage inventory distribution among the various warehouses to monitor available space in the production warehouse
