Job Description
Join the Estimating and Projects Department as an Estimator to support our expanding team. This one-year contract role involves cost estimation, site inspections, and collaboration with project stakeholders.
We seek a skilled Estimator with 3-5 years of construction industry experience, preferably in industrial services. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive estimates for projects ranging from $200,000 to $10 million, conducting site inspections, and liaising with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various project sizes
• Analyze blueprints and documentation for accurate predictions
