Job Description
Seeking an Estimator to support infrastructure and construction projects with expertise in pricing and quantity take-offs. This role targets candidates with 1–7 years of experience in estimating.
The position is based in Hamilton, focusing on detailed preconstruction activities, including reading and interpreting specifications and performing quantity calculations. You'll contribute to developing estimation workflows, coordinating with teams, and preparing control budgets while mentoring junior teammates as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret detailed contract drawings
• Perform quantity take-offs and volume assessments
• Create and maintain estimation documentation
• Input project data into InEight software
• Collaborate with construction teams on estimations
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
