WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Determine whether request can be fulfilled from stock inventory or ordered
• Issue Purchase Order’s (PO’s) to respective vendors ensuring all details are accurate and

• To ensure timely purchasing of goods and services
• Ensure that all items purchased are received into various systems timely
• Ensure that items purchased are physically received and pricing is accurate and agreed upon
