Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Duties
• Overseeing the construction, maintenance, renovation, repairs and upkeep of buildings and facilitates
• Managing the organizations physical assets,landed properties, including acquisition and disposal
• Keeping inventory of fixed assets including landed properties of the association and those rented by the organisation from third parties
• Teaming up with the Head of Finance & Investment, Assistant Head Assets, Estates and Procurement to give technical advice to the General Secretary in respect of negotiations and administering, rented or leased
• Overseeing all estate related projects of the organisation
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with property ownership
• Managing budgets and financial planning for estate-related expenses
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
