Fresenius Medical Care is implementing **ESPHORA** , a global transformation program focused on harmonizing and standardizing core business processes, data, and systems using **SAP S/4HANA** .



We are seeking an experienced **ESPHORA Hub Lead** to coordinate the deployment of this solution across **Central Europe and the Balkans** (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Czech Republic, Poland).



**Location:** Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, or Poland

**Contract:** Fixed-term until February 2027



**About the Role**



You will act as the main link between the central ESPHORA program and local business units. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth local rollout of SAP S/4HANA, from readiness assessments and data migration to testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
