ERP Change Manager

Adecco is hiring a full-time experienced ERP Change Manager to lead organizational change for a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation impacting over 5,000 employees across multiple operational sites for our client in Calgary, AB.

This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for a seasoned transformation expert who has successfully delivered end‑to‑end ERP change initiatives in complex, asset‑intensive environments. You will play a critical role in driving business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption, bridging strategy with execution across operations, leadership teams, and vendors.

Pay Rate: $125 - $150/hour (based on experience)
Location: Calgary, AB, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day
Job Type: Temporary | Full‑time | 6‑month contract
