Equipment Support Specialist

We are searching for an experienced and motivated Equipment Support Specialist to join our great team and help us in continuing development.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, repair of tables and their equipment
• Installation of electronic equipment, assembling and dismantling works
• Strong record-keeping and data analysis
• Innovative approach to improvement of any related process or activity
• The responsibility for day‑to‑day security operations requirements at a location, including but not limited to biometrics audits, floor walks, conducting investigations into local security breaches and escalating to a Physical Security Lead, preparing reports and escalating cases in JIRA or emails, ensuring all departments have latest security requirements information, etc.
• Manage communication and external services provided in terms of gaming equipment
