About The Role

Amrize Nanaimo, operating in the Nanaimo area, is currently seeking applications for an experienced full-time seasonal Heavy Equipment Operator. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will maintain the operation of the equipment on a daily basis. Reporting to the Foreperson, the Heavy Equipment Operator will inspect, maintain and operate the piece of equipment you operate.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Safely operate and maneuver heavy machinery according to project requirements.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition, reporting any defects or malfunctions.
