Job Description
Drive climate action as an Environmental Manager with Métis Nation British Columbia, overseeing the “2 Billion Trees” initiative in a full-time hybrid capacity. This role focuses on reforestation and community engagement to address climate challenges.
As the Indigenous Climate Action and Reforestation Manager, you will lead efforts to implement sustainable forestry practices within Métis communities. Your job will integrate project oversight and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the success of reforestation programs. You will support the development of internal environmental policies and manage grants while enhancing biodiversity and climate resilience.
