Environmental Health Safety Coordinator

We are working with a renowned general contractor to find a Senior HSE Coordinator to join their team. The HSE Field Coordinator supports and enhances safety and environmental performance across multiple field projects; contributes to incident investigations, and bridges field operations. Additionally, as a senior Coordinator, you will provide expert guidance, mentor junior HSE Coordinators, and ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Roles and responsibilities

• Support the implementation of company-wide HSE programs across multiple job sites.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, ISO 14001, COR, and other safety/environmental standards.
• Lead site inspections, audits, and track corrective actions to completion.
• Oversee subcontractor safety compliance, providing guidance and enforcement.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective plans.
