The Welder Helper supports Pipe Welders and Fitters in everyday operations. You will assist in prepping materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring a clean workspace. Following safety policies and engaging effectively in team tasks are essential aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with laying out parts for welders
• Prepare materials for welding activities
• Set up pipe spools and assist skilled labor
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Comply with all health and safety protocols
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• C Level Welding Ticket is required
• Experience with power and industrial tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
