Job Description
Step into our automotive service world as an Entry-Level Service Writer, focusing on customer service and work order creation under the guidance of the Service Manager. Training is available for newcomers.
In this vital position, you will aid the Service Manager by writing work orders and contributing to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include taking phone calls and driving vehicles within the facility while assisting the Parts Department. While experience is an advantage, we welcome individuals eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write work orders for vehicle services
• Answer customer inquiries over the phone
• Drive vehicles in and out of the service area
• Assist Parts Department in finding necessary parts
• Provide attentive customer service throughout processes
Requirements:
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
• A valid Driver's Abstract is required
• Hold a current valid Driver’s License
