Job Description
Become a Kids Academy Instructor and inspire creativity in children aged 3-11. Facilitate fun, educational games and activities while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
In this role, you will lead dynamic programming that promotes the social and emotional growth of children. Responsibilities include setting up classes, engaging with children and parents, and maintaining detailed attendance records. You’ll also play a crucial part in fostering a fun atmosphere while promoting all Kids programming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and interact positively with children and guests
• Conduct organized activities focusing on development
• Set up for classes and ensure children's transfers are safe
• Keep records of attendance and incidents accurately
• Follow cleaning checklists and restock supplies as needed
Requirements:
• Less than a High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must obtain First Aid and CPR/AED certification in 60 days
