Heart of Niagara Hotels - Parkway Social requires an energetic, mature, motivated, and career-minded individual to join our growing team.

You must be able to provide our customers with a high level of customer service, ensuring that their experience is memorable.

Qualified applicants must have a strong work ethic and cash handling experience, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will include the processing of cash, credit, or debit card transactions
• Ensure all lane and bowling areas are spotless when lanes are issued
• Assist guests with scoring consoles; make corrections as needed
• Assist guests with choosing the proper weight and size of a house ball
• Return all rental shoes to counter and house balls to racks after use
• Assist guests by adding bumpers to young bowlers as needed
