What You’ll Be Doing

As a co‑op member of Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement, you will support key strategic programs that enhance employee and client experiences, optimize processes, identify innovative digital opportunities, and implement changes that positively impact the enterprise.

• Drive digital transformation: assess market trends and emerging digital opportunities to continuously improve CIBC’s digital experiences.
• Deliver impactful solutions with speed: ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and future‑proofed.
• Planning and coordination: interact with team members and stakeholders to encourage engagement and manage multiple priorities.
