Job Description
As the Manager of the Enterprise CAB, you will oversee high-risk IT change governance in a hybrid work setting based in Quebec or Montreal. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance and effective management of IT changes.
You will facilitate and lead weekly CAB and TAB meetings, evaluating the submissions from sector CABs for quality and rationality. Utilizing your leadership skills, you will direct discussions and manage conflicts, ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams. Your contributions will enhance change enablement practices, ensuring seamless integration with ITSM maturity objectives.
