Below are the requirements :
- Minimum Education D3 any major
- Have on experience at Contact Centre and BPO Industry
- Have on experience at the same role minimum 6 month
- Willing for shifting hour and night shift
- Ability to develop training modules and evaluate service quality
- Detail-oriented with a good understanding of customer service standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (MANDATORY)
- English skills is a must ( minimum C1 )
- Ready join ASAP
- Willing for placement at Jogjakarta
