Engineering Specialist – CDT+R

Role Overview

Reporting to the Director, Product Verification & Assurance, the Engineering Specialist – CDT+R plays a critical role in Trojan’s Customer Defect Tracking & Resolution initiative. This position ensures that field performance data, service issues, and returned product findings are translated into meaningful, end to end improvements across Engineering, Service, Quality, and Operations. The role goes beyond technical analysis by owning the full lifecycle of issue resolution—from initial detection and root cause validation through corrective action, verification, and deployment into standard work. Acting as a technical integrator, you will ensure that real world field experience continuously improves product reliability, engineering standards, verification strategies, and operational processes. This position is part of the Engineering department, located in London, Ontario, and will follow a onsite work arrangement.
