Position Summary
Lead engineering teams in planning and executing boost projects for product and process improvements.
Manage modifications to existing molds, processes, and products, including dimensional adjustments, color changes, resins, and cycle time optimization.
Oversee plant layout design and ensure efficient material and workflow organization.
Review and validate bills of materials for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
Define technical requirements for new presses and auxiliary equipment to support production needs.
