Engineering Manager - Piping and Civil

Job Overview

Reporting to the Director of Engineering Services, the Engineering Manager, Piping and Civil is responsible for the execution and technical leadership of engineering services in support of domestic and international operating CANDU reactors. The role requires close collaboration with the Director of Engineering Services, Project Managers, Project Directors, Engineering Excellence Management, and other engineering managers to ensure the safe, high‑quality, and well‑coordinated delivery of engineering services. The Engineering Manager will lead a team of approximately 25 people.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure deliverables meet contract requirements, client expectations, applicable nuclear codes and standards, and the company quality assurance program.
