Engineering and Quality Supervisor

Position Objective

Lead and coordinate Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance functions, ensuring the successful industrialization, launch, and optimization of production processes. The role is heavily focused on hands-on manufacturing execution on the shop floor, particularly in new line launches and continuous improvement, driving performance, quality, safety, and compliance through strong leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams (~7 engineers).
• Drive process industrialization and new production line launches.
• Manage APQP processes and engineering changes (with a strong operational focus).
• Define cycle times, capacity, labor requirements, and process costs.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure execution of Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, etc.).
