Engineer, Project Manager for Road Design

Join Tatham Engineering as an Engineer, Project Manager focusing on road design and reconstruction. This role offers hybrid work options based in Barrie or Guelph, Ontario.
As part of the Transportation group, you'll lead road design projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in road and highway design, ensuring adherence to municipal regulations and project specifications throughout Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage road design and reconstruction projects
• Guide project scope, budget, and timelines effectively
• Review deliverables from team members and prepare proposals
• Liaise with stakeholders, utilities, and approval bodies
• Perform quality and constructability assessments on designs
Requirements:
• Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario
• At least 5 years of progressive project management experience
• Familiarity with Ontario municipal design standards
