Engineer, Process Control and Instrumentation (Santiago)
Job Description
Type of position: Regular
As an engineer in Process Control and Instrumentation at the Santiago, Chile, office, you’ll be responsible for carrying out projects from conceptual design to construction, commissioning and operation for clients in the mining, industrial, energy and decarbonization sectors. You’ll have a high level of autonomy and, over time, will become the technical leader for a small team of project execution professionals.
As a team member, you’ll align operational technology (OT) needs with information technology (IT) solutions, manage multiple projects at once and build strong working relationships. You’ll need an analytical mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, initiative and a positive attitude and client‑focused approach. You must be rigorous in meeting deadlines, budgets and quality standards. You should also be able to lead and structure meetings with multidisciplinary and multilevel teams and follow up with clients effectively.
