Engineer I - Engineering (Full Time (Santiago Mexquititlán Barrio 1ro.)

The Process Engineer will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing internal manufacturing procedures for assembly processes and joining technologies, ensuring the correct application of process parameters in coordination with Projects, Industrialization, and Quality teams.

This role will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs), and organizational standards, contributing to optimal levels of quality, safety, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

• Participate in the design, definition, and costing of assembly processes for new product developments based on project requirements and specifications.
