Engaging Summer Camp Counsellor Role

Join New Brighton Residents Association as a Summer Camp Counsellor and inspire children aged 4-11 through creative day camp programming from June 22 to August 22.
The NBRA is looking for a vibrant individual to help deliver safe and exciting Summer Day Camp experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with the Summer Camp Leader to prepare supplies, supervise activities, and provide exceptional service to campers and their families. Ideal candidates will bring a positive energy and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement fun and interactive camp programs
• Prepare and organize materials for activities
• Ensure safety practices and supervise during outings
• Coordinate communication with the Summer Camp Leader
• Attend mandatory staff training sessions
Requirements:
• Experience working with children in recreational settings
• Strong organization and time management skills
