You will be responsible for guiding the implementation of Endless Surf’s advanced wave generation projects, coordinating between various teams including engineering, construction, and client management. Your extensive project management experience will be vital in maintaining quality, budget, and timelines, ensuring projects are operationally ready on launch day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of surf project initiatives
• Manage complex engineering integration across disciplines
• Oversee procurement and installation of surf systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Align with stakeholders for project execution success
Requirements:
• 10-15+ years in civil construction project management
• PMP certification or equivalent highly valued
