End-to-End Payroll Specialist in Chile

Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our People Services team in Chile. In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance while addressing employee inquiries. You will also prepare payroll tax filings and support audits.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field, 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, and strong knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations. We offer competitive remuneration and health insurance.
