Job Description We're hiring an Employment & Litigation Lawyer to join our in-house legal team.
This is a rare opportunity to build meaningful litigation experience while working directly with business leaders in a large and growing organization. You'll manage files from start to finish, appear before courts and tribunals, participate in negotiations and mediations, and play a key role in resolving employment and litigation matters.
Unlike many in-house roles, this position offers hands‑on advocacy work, early responsibility, and the opportunity to take ownership of your files from day one.
What You'll Do
Manage employment and litigation files from pleadings through resolution
Represent the organization before courts, tribunals, and administrative bodies
Draft pleadings, affidavits, briefs, applications, and settlement materials
