The Orthopaedic Technologist plays a vital role in patient care, applying, adjusting, and removing orthopaedic devices under the direction of a Supervising Physician. This autonomy in handling cast and splint applications requires in-depth knowledge and is ideal for someone with extensive ER experience and a profound understanding of anatomical structures.
