Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, the Email Marketing Specialist contributes to the development, optimization, and performance of La Vie en Rose’s email campaigns to support sales growth, customer retention, and the customer experience. The incumbent serves as a subject matter expert by analyzing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and recommending strategic initiatives. They also coordinate email campaigns and promote best practices to maximize communication relevance, campaign effectiveness, and the customer journey.
