Full-Time Elementary Teaching Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and Elementary Certification Required.

Must have valid Texas Teaching Certification.

Science of Teaching Reading Completion preferred.

ESL Certification preferred (must become certified within the first year).

Desire to grow professionally and possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow and use Adrian ISD’s curriculum.
• Plan, collaborate, and work closely with members of elementary team and use the TEKS Resource System.
• Design student learning with balanced literacy and balanced math.
• Provide research-based interventions for at‑risk/struggling learners.
• Other duties as assigned.
