Job Description
Lead construction efforts as an Electrical Supervisor for Battery Energy Storage System projects in Elora and Jarvis, Ontario. This role demands strong leadership skills and offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
As part of Valard Construction’s Substations group, you'll report to the Site Supervisor and manage on-site crew activities. With your expertise, you'll ensure compliance with safety policies and mentor crew members to enhance their technical skills. This unionized position requires being a member of the Canadian Union of Skilled Workers (CUSW).
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all site activities and crew members
• Ensure compliance with Valard's safety protocols
• Conduct equipment reviews and schedule use
