Opportunity
CanAtom, a joint venture between AtkinsRealis and Aecon, is delivering the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station Refurbishment Project under a collaborative contract with Ontario Power Generation. The Electrical Quality Inspector supports the Retube, Feeder, and Boiler Replacement (RFBR) of Units 5–8 and reports to the Electrical Quality Control Supervisor. The position will be based out of Pickering.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the execution of required inspections as outlined in the Construction and Inspection and Test Plans (CITP).
- Perform quality inspection in accordance with related CITP, codes, and customer specifications, including dimensional and visual inspections.
- Review history documents including Certified Material Test Reports when required.
- Complete all associated records for individual inspections with accuracy and completeness.
