Electrical engineer (egse design) (Brampton)

Position and Overview

Electrical Engineer (EGSE Design) – 12‑month contract located in Brampton, ON. The role supports advanced space, robotics, and exploration initiatives within a high‑performing Robotics & Space Operations program.

Responsibilities

• Design low‑noise analog circuits, including sensor front‑end amplifiers, filtering, and data acquisition systems (DAQ).
• Develop high‑speed digital and analog board designs, performing schematic capture, circuit simulation, worst‑case and stress analysis, and PCB/PWB layout support.
• Support Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) documentation and manufacturing activities.
• Conduct board‑level and unit‑level testing, debugging of CCAs, and system‑level integration.
• Utilize advanced test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum/network analyzers, TDR/VNA, power amplifiers, function generators, etc.).
